I was impressed with the level of service offered during a telephone enquiry. This was to be my first laptop and so my questions were probably irksome to those who knew their subject in depth. So full marks there. I would have had to take out a magnifying glass to be sure my refurbished ACER was not new. As they say, it worked straight from the box and "did what it said on the tin"
